2007 Q1 Net Revenues Increase 244%

LA JOLLA, CA--May 16, 2007--One Voice Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: ONEV) Chairman and CEO Dean Weber, today issued the following corporate update:

“We are pleased to provide our shareholders with the following corporate update:

For the first quarter ending March 31, 2007, net revenues totaled $210,000, up 244% compared with the same period in Q1, 2006. First quarter growth was inline with our expectations and plans to become operationally breakeven this year in 2007. With our planned launch in June, 2007 of MobileVoice Landline™ in Mexico this brings One Voice even closer to achieving our goals.

Additionally, I am proud to report that One Voice’s Media Center Communicator™ is being demonstrated by an industry leader in remote controls at the WinHEC Windows Hardware Engineering Conference in Los Angeles. This remote control manufacturer is demonstrating their prototype Media Center remote with built-in microphone and the benefits of voice control for Windows Vista. This is a very important milestone for our Media Center Communicator product and we look forward to the availability of these remote controls as this could help grow the demand for our products and open new opportunities by working with an industry leader in the consumer electronics sector.”
