One Voice Technologies update regarding MobileVoice Landline service deployment in Mexico

Dial Tone 2.0 service to reach homes and businesses

La Jolla, CA--April 10, 2007--One Voice Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: ONEV), developer of 4th Generation voice solutions for the Telecom and Interactive Multimedia markets, today announced its plans for commercial deployment of One Voice’s new MobileVoice Landline™ service with Teléfonos del Noroeste, S.A. de C.V. (TELNOR) in Mexico, a subsidiary of Teléfonos de México, S.A.B. de C.V. (TELMEX) (BMV: TELMEX; NYSE: TMX; NASDAQ: TFONY, LATIBEX: XTMXL). TELNOR plans on offering MobileVoice Landline services to TELNOR subscribers beginning in June 2007.
